PNG to JPG Converter
Turn PNG screenshots, graphics and exported images into compact JPG files. JPG photos are usually 3–10× smaller than the same image as PNG, which makes them faster to email, upload and share.
JPG photos are placed in the PDF exactly as they are (no quality loss), so metadata such as the location stays inside the PDF. To remove it first, use Remove EXIF Data.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to transparent areas when converting PNG to JPG?
JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white. If you need to keep transparency, convert to WebP instead.
Which quality should I choose?
85–92% keeps photos looking identical to the original at a fraction of the size. For screenshots with sharp text, 92% or higher avoids fuzzy edges around letters.
Why is my JPG bigger than the PNG?
Simple graphics with few colors (logos, icons, diagrams) compress extremely well as PNG. For those images, PNG is often the better format — JPG shines with photos.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Conversion happens entirely in your browser on your own device. Your images are never sent to Imgovo or anyone else.
Can I convert several images at once?
Yes. Select or drop as many images as you like. They are converted one after another, and you can download each file or all of them together as a ZIP.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Undo and Redo appear above the list once you add files (or press Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z). They bring back a file you removed, undo “Clear all” and return to the previous quality or format — files are converted again automatically when needed.
Is the converter free?
Yes — free, with no signup, no watermark and no daily limit.
